Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or Reschedules: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-Minute Changes: Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment (including switching to a shorter service) may result in a fee or partial charge.
• Reschedule Limit: Clients are allowed up to 2 reschedules per appointment. After that, a rescheduling fee will apply or a deposit may be required to rebook.
• No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
• Late Arrivals: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a fee may apply
